Partial final inspection for scope of work has been completed. Project was reviewed under the 2015 IFC and the 2016 NFPA13 system. IFC Chapter 9, section 903.4 requires monitoring of fire sprinkler systems, this project does not meet any of the exceptions listed under 903.4. Fire sprinkler monitoring will be required due to the scope of work, a seperate FIR permit is required for any and all modifications to a fire alarm system.
