Need plan mods showing the communication method and the Sleeping area strobes need to meet NFPA 72 for the use of 110cd or 177cd as far as distance from ceiling as discussed. Need larger access to the east attic heat detector. Need the FACP shown upstairs instead of downstairs. Need to relocate or add a smoke detector in the basement as discussed. Needs engineer of record approval and audible notifiation does not appear to be adequate. Returned to applicant.

12-4-19 Mary indicated that there are sounder bases so audibility will be adequate. She also noted that the engineer of record wont respond to her. I responded to say the engineer of record review / approval is required and that I need it by 12-5-19 before returning the submittal. Suggested that she contact the general contractor or architect.

12-5-19: No resubmittal with EOR approval so returned to Mary.
