Speaker strobe in kitchen area is overspaced. A/V device wiring in seating area is attached to fire sprinkler piping, not allowed to attach to sprinkler piping per NFPA13. Three A/V devices in tenant space experience a double flash during active alarm, troubleshoot double flash issue and repair, A/V devices will be required to be activated during next inspection.

Inspection request was not coordinated with inspector, start time for inspector is 8AM unless approved by the fire section supervisor for a 7AM inspection time, as stated before on past inspections, 7AM inspection time needs to be coordinated with the inspector and approved by the fire section supervisor per notification to the fire section supervisor by the inspector.
