2-3-20: Emailed Bill Clark the upgrade requirements for new panel replacement. He responded to indicate that he was in the process of meeting them.
2-3-20: Rob Ahten called to ask if the original panel brand and model were installed, would the upgrade still be required. I informe him no, unless the new panel permitted by Apex was signed off. If it had been signed off, it would be considered a change and upgrades would be required.
