Fire bell by FDC rang only with flow from the wet system in the fire pump room, bell needs to ring during water flow on all of the other sprinkler systems throughout the building as well. Pull stations exceed 48 inches off of finish floor. PIV tamper could not be tested on the northwest side of building, PIV handle is seized and would not turn. Demo old NAC panel that is no longer in service. Tamper valve on hose valves from riser 5 needs to be connected per IFC 903.4. Provide conduit connector for riser 5 OS&Y tamper as discussed. Tamper switch on riser 6 would not stay clear, was determined that switch will need to be replaced. Other than items noted fire sprinkler monitoring is complete.

A fire sprinkler technician will be required for fire alarm inspection due too the type of sprinkler systems being monitored. Building has diesel fire pump, multiple dry systems and pre-action systems. Permit is for fire alarm system replacement so fire sprinkler riser monitoring will need to be tested.
