**PLAN MODIFICATION 5/21/10 - PLANS RECIEVED TO CHANGE THE FOUNDATION PLAN FROM A CONCRETE SLAB TO A CRAWL SPACE DESIGN. FLOOD-RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION PER SECTION R324 OF THE 2006 IRC. All wall bracing shall comply with R602 of the adopted 2006 International Residential Code. 1-hour fire-resistance construction is required on all projections closer than 5 feet to the property line. Distance to property line for fire rated construction is measured from the finished exterior of the exterior wall. Any walls less than 5' from the property line are required to have 1-hour fire-resistance construction. This lot is located in the Flood plain. **SRZ**
