NAC Center Thrift Store/Animal Pharmacy - To remodel a portion of an existing building for a Thrift Store/Animal Pharmacy Tenant per the approved plans. The total new tenant size will be 31,330 square feet (29,876 sq. ft. Thrift Store / 1,454 Animal Pharmacy). This building was previously reviewed under BLD2009-00073 to renovate and prepare this building for future Tenant Improvements. Work in the Animal Pharmacy portion to include: Construction of new interior stud frame partition walls to separate the waiting room, the exam room, treatment room, surgery room, and adoption center room; infill the existing restroom door wall opening and relocate the door location; install a dental style sink; install a 9050 glass window; install cabinetry; installation of suspended ceiling system with related lighting and miscellaneous related interior finishes. Work in the Thrift Store portion of the tenant space to include: demolish portions of some existing walls and doors in the rear storage areas: relocate the existing double swing doors and frame currently located in the processing room wall; construct a new interior partition wall to create a new hallway between the storage and processing rooms; construct a new interior partition wall at the shopping cart area. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, Engineering, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
