(Anser Charter School -Building One) - To remodel an existing 36,411 square foot charter school building per the approved plans. Work to include: selective minor interior demolition; new construction of interior non-bearing wall partitions to create three additional classrooms; infill existing wall openings per plans; provide new doors and associated hardware; installation of a suspended acoustical panel ceiling system; concrete floor slab work; install new 2X6 header to span full width of hallway; upgrade the lighting layout; modify the existing exit lighting; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; electrical, mechanical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, engineering, and other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is currently partially fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system will be extended into the un-sprinklered portions of the building per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. The Fire alarm system has already been extended into all areas of the building under a previous remodel. An existing Fire wall separates building one from building two. **SRZ**
