Work to include: repair/replace an interior exit staircase including the handrails and guards; replace the existing 2nd floor office door with new per plan; new door hardware; provide means of egress illumination, emergency lighting, and illuminated exit signage per plans. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit. No new mechanical work is proposed or allowed under this permit. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved prior to tenant occupying this space.
