The first story will include: a vestibule, waiting room/reception room, (7) operatory rooms, a sterilization room, (2) accessible restrooms, a receiving room, a consultation room, a lab room, pan room, and (2) office rooms. The second story will include: a Office room, a 365 sq.ft. Conference room, an accessible restroom with a transfer type shower, a dressing room with lockers/benches, and a mechanical room. Work to include: Construct the building per plans; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; install suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. New commercial building. (Plumbing Review)
(1) resubmitted plan shows sewer stub out on the south west corner(SD-1 dated 12/6/10) the sewer for this project is located on the north side of the building. (2) SD-1 dated 11/19/10 shows sewer routing through adjoining parcel, no easement indicated. (3) Resubmitted SD-1 shows a 1" water service, plumbing plan shows 1 1/2" water inside building. Plan shows 1 1/2" RP on the second floor without adequate drainage. Resize water system to provide a 1" RP with a 3"or 4" indirect waste receptor or relocate RP to an area where 1 1/2" discharge can be handled.
