Received a telephone call from Brandon Roberts the ower of this property. I explained what is going on concerning the location of the proposed structure. I let him know that I spoke with his contractor on Friday morning prior to issueung the permit and verififed with him he could place it 10 feet from the property line. He stated he could and I res-lined the plans for hiim and issued the permit. I let him know the inspector failed the foundation due to the structure not being located per the approved plans. I also evaluated his wall construction requirements and let him know a plan modification would be required if the approved plans change.

Spoke with Brandon, the owner of the property again and he stated all existing buildings are 10 feet away and that this new structure would even be another 6 inches away. I stated that the property line needs to be clearly marked on the site so the inspector can verify compliance. I suggested he get the property line marked and call for another inspection. I gave the owner the inspectors telephone number. SRZ

Spoke with the applicant Steve about needing a minimum of 10ft. of fire separation distance from the property line otherwise a fire rated wall and opeing limitations would be required. He stated they would move it to 10 ft. I offered to red-line the plans.
