Single Family Dwelling Alteration per Abatement Inspection report - To restore an existing Single Family Dwelling attached garage back to original configuration per the approved plans. Work to include: Provide dwelling/garage separation with 1/2-inch gypsum board sheetrock applied to the garage side; provide dwelling/garage opening protection w/ a min. 1-3/8-inch solid or honeycomb core steel door; provide mechanical ventilation in the bathroom; provide smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms; provide corrections to electrical and plumbing installation; and all other work per the approved plans, correction notice, and the Inspectors final approvals.
