(KM Engineering) To construct a new 3,682 square foot, one story (2,769 square foot 1st story / 913 square foot mezzanine) tenant space in a existing vacant shell space per approved plans. Work to include: remove (2) existing exterior doors and infill wall per plans; install new exterior door; new concrete slab floor per engineering; construct a new access stairs to the mezzanine; construction of interior non-bearing walls for offices, reception office, waiting room, file/storage rooms, mechanical room, conference room, drafting room, IT room, two fully accessible mens and womens restroom, and janitors closet; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; Installation of a new suspended ceiling system per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review comments, and conditions of all reviewing agencies for this project. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**

chad - ###-####. framing ok. Noted that permit states that space has a mezzanine. Space actually has an entire 2nd. floor as shown on sheet S2 of approved plans. Owners did not want to install a 2nd. exit as required. A framed wall has been built on 2nd floor to make floor area comply with the one third square footage requirement for mezzanines. Noted that if remainder of floor area is used in the future, a permit will be required adn addtional stairway will be required.
