Sofia's Greek Bistro - To remodel the interior of an existing 2,572 square foot tenant space in an existing building to be used as a Restaurant/Bistro. Work to include: demolish select existing interior walls per plans; replace existing ceiling tiles as needed; install vinyl ceiling tiles in kitchen and prep areas; install required restroom accessories; construct new interior walls to create a new accessible restroom; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; modify the existing exit lighting; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. This building is Fully Fire Sprinklered ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT, and shall comply and be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
