To install and set up a 12’x 47’, 564 square foot, manufactured home, (Idaho State Tag # IDA009482), in an existing park located in a flood hazard area per the approved plans, attached plan review report, structural inspector final approval, and the manufactures requirements. Work to include: install and anchor per FEMA 85, NFIP guideline/standards, and attached Engineering; Inspector will verify that setbacks meet the City's recommendation and that tie downs meet manufacturer's requirements. Documents pertaining to tie down requirements must be at the job site at the time of inspection. This inspection is required prior to occupancy.
