This building is constructed of steel columns, corrugated steel wall panels, horizontal steel wall girts, steel roof purlins, and prefinished corrugated metal roofing. Interior work to include: construct new interior walls to create (7) storage rooms and a warehouse room; rough in for future toilet to slab; installation of new lighting; plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
