Work to include: construct new 1-hour fire-resistant elevator shaft ceiling per GA FILE NO. FC 4490. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit.
