Boys & Girls Club - To remodel select portions of the interior of this existing 29,604 square foot building per plans. Work to include: Remove existing interior windows/doors and frames per plan locations; remove the existing interior wall construction, window/frames, and door between the existing art center room and the education center; remove and replace the existing floor finishes; remove portions of the existing exterior CMU wall for (3) new wired glass windows including new frames and steel supports; provide new doors and frames in select locations per plans; construct a new interior non-bearing wall between the engineering academy and the new storage room; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; electrical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report; and applicable adopted codes. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved. **SRZ**
