Spoke with Chad Moffit about proposed fire separation distance of 5 feet between this structure and the next duplex. I suggested he provide 10 feet fire separation distance rather than the proposed 5 feet. He agreed and I let him know I would call Garden City and inform them. Left message with Garden City.
