Work to include: cut a new opening in an existing interior wall per engineering; addition of (2) new overhead garage doors; new exterior concrete pad to accomodate a new dust collector per plans; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, Engineering, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is to be issued when completed and approved prior to tenant occupying this space.
