Work to include: Demolition work per plans; construct a new cashier area; construct a new interior non-load bearing wall partition at the existing office location; construct a new food island bar; expand the new existing cooler with new walls and doors; construct new wash room w/ new partition walls, doorway, and new ceiling system; construct new food service counters meeting accessibility standards; replace sales area gondolas and end caps; construct new non-load bearing partition walls for new fountain wall and icee machine; modifications to the existing ceiling system and curtain walls per plans; upgrade existing restrooms for accessibility per plans; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
