Trico construction restroom remodel - Interior remodel in a 6,690 square foot portion of an existing 10,330 square foot office/storage building per plans. Work to include: construct interior non-bearing wall partitions to create two fully accessible mens and womens restrooms; Installation of a suspended ceiling system in new restrooms; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A certificate of completion shall be issued when work is completed and a final inspection has occurred. The existing envelope is not being affected by this permit.
