TRACE BUILDING REPAIR - To repair an exterior wall located at the West corner of an existing office building that was damaged by an automobile. Minor structural work is required according to the engineers building inspection and repair report. Work to include: realign a built up column over the existing base plate; toe nail the realigned column to the existing base plate; repair/replace the exterior wall stucco; and replace/patch/repair the interior sheetrock. All work per the approved plans, attached engineers inspection/repair report, and structural inspectors approvals. A Certificate of Completion shall be issued when this work has been inspected and approved. **SRZ**
