Remodel work to include: Construct new interior walls to create new offices and reception area; install new exit signs in locations per plans; emergency lighting alterations; install a new exterior wall window; new suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
