Ada County Highway District TI - To remodel a 130 square foot office portion within an existing 17,165 square foot building per plans. Work to include: selective nonstructural interior demolition per plans; construct new interior walls and doors with associated hardware to create five new offices; installation of a new aluminum storefront window in an exterior wall located in an existing restroom location; upgrade existing door hardware to meet accessibility requirements; patch/repair and replace acoustical ceiling panels in select locations per plans; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and mechanical, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals.
