Mattress Firm - To remodel an existing 3,790 square foot building for use as Mercantile occupancy. Work to include: select demo work per plans; site work; construct new interior walls to create a files/records room, corridor, and new men's and women's accessible restrooms; install a new accessible hi-lo drinking fountain; install a service sink; install a suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; remove and replace the roof top mechanical units; install new exterior store front glazing; extend the exterior wall parapet; exterior wall finishes; plumbing, mechanical, and, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals.
