Work to include: construct new interior walls and associated doors to create a new assembly and distribution room, four new conference rooms, and new assembly and packaging room; remove an existing exterior door and replace with new double doors; install new exterior aluminum windows; new exterior manufactured stone veneer in locations per plans; construct new exterior canopy/fascia’s and columns over the new entry locations per plans; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; and electrical work.
