Animal shelter remodel - To remodel an existing 1,488 square foot building and the addition of 191 square feet of exterior covered dog kennels to the East side of the building per plans. Work to include: demolition work per plans; removal and reconstruction of a hallway wall; reconfiguration of the indoor kennel area; construction of the exterior covered kennels; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC; removal of the existing metal roof system; installation of the new roof assembly system; HVAC and lighting upgrades; and electrical, mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved. **Note: This building is NOT fire sprinklered.** SRZ
