SRZ To construct an engineered 80' X 50', 4,000 square foot, one story, pole structure and attach to an existing single family dwelling per plans. The engineered pole structure will be constructed using 6X pressure treated posts w/ concrete footings; 2X6 wall girts @ 24" o.c. between posts; 2X6 roof joist @ 24" o.c. between the 2-ply pre-engineered girder trusses; concrete slab floor; Metal roofing and siding. Curt Barber. Final inspection reveled that changes had been made to the exterior elevations: additional doors and windows were added that wre not indicated on approved plans. The structure has upper story windows and no 2nd floor there is also no electrical, plumbing or mechanical installations and separate permits will be required. A correction notice was issued to supply new elevation drawings for review and approval.
