(Boise Bible College - Student Union Building) To construct a new 7,295 square foot, two story Student Union/Assembly building addition (4,129 square foot 1st story / 3,000 square foot 2nd story). The 1st story floor will be concrete slab on grade; The exterior walls will be wood light frame construction; The interior walls will also be wood light frame construction; The roof will be pre-engineered with wood sheathing and asphalt shingle roof system; Upper floor system to be wood joist with a concrete topping slab over. All work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. This project will be connected to an existing two story girls dorm building that has an existing 2-hour fire wall with protected openings. This existing 2-hour Fire wall will separate the existing girls dorm building from this new Student Union building. This building will receive an automatic fire sprinkler system for occupancy and for story increase. The fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. **SRZ**
