Work to include: remove scrape all charring from the structural members, trusses, and posts (if charring depth exceeds 1/2" on each face, the member requires replacement); replace all wood straps/ties; replace all horizontal framing where charring occurred; replace all plywood sheathing where charring has destroyed the facing; replace the charred door framing (east side of door); and replace the metal siding on the south building face.
