Revolutions TI - To remodel the interior of this existing building and increase the current tenants area by occupying an existing office area. Work to include: cut a new opening in the existing 3 hour Fire Barrier wall for access to the new tenant areas; provide a new 3-hour fire door with closer, smoke seal and door hardware; construct a metal stud wall to separate the concession area from the new office area; install new double doors and associated hardware at the new office room entry location; install new emergency illuminated exit signage; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; and all other work per approved plans, attached plan review report, and all reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All alterations and modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **SRZ**
