(A T & T Remodel) - Interior remodel for an existing 1,500 square foot tenant space in an existing 4,924 square foot building. Work to include: demolition work per plans; relocation of an existing accessible uni-sex restroom; construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls to separate the sales floor area from the back room area, and a portion of the tenant separation wall; remove and relocate the existing mop sink and water heater; relocate the existing high-low drinking fountain; install a suspended ceiling grid system installed per CISCA guidelines; install new lighting; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
