Professional Concrete Accessory Services (Suite 'A') - **10-20-14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE: To install (5) steel storage racks 12 feet in height within an this existing tenant space per approved plans and structural engineering. SPECIAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED. Each unit will be bolted to the floor and have more than 36" isles between rows. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. EACH RACKING SYSTEM SHALL HAVE A PLAQUE LOCATED AT EACH RACKING SYSTEM STATING THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT TO BE STORED ON THAT PERTICULAR RACKING SYSTEM PER THE ENGINEERS CRITERIA STATED ON THE PLANS FOR EACH RACKING SYSTEM. SRZ** Remodel to convert an existing 12,700 square foot building into two separate tenant spaces. This tenant will occupy Suite 'A' (6,263 square feet). Work to include: Demolition work per plans; construct a 2-hour tenant demising wall; infill select openings in the existing interior CMU wall; construct new walls in Suite 'A' to create a new office room and two accessible restrooms; remodel one existing restroom in Suite 'B' to make it accessible; perform minor alterations to the existing lighting and mechanical systems; provide separate electrical meter meters for each tenant space; exterior site work per plans; relocate an existing water heater in Suite 'B'; install a new high-lo drinking fountain in Suite 'A'; and all other work per the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. Separate electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits are required. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior a tenant occupying the Suite 'A' space. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to be obtained and approved prior to Suite 'B' being occupied. This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
