(EPOC Training Center) - To remodel an existing 2,882 square foot tenant space in an existing building for a new exercise fitness business per plans. Work to include: Demolition of existing interior walls and restrooms; Construct new interior non-bearing walls to create an open exercise room, two new accessible restrooms, an office, and a mechanical/utility room; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a service sink; install new interior doors and associated hardware; build a sound barrier walls; modify the existing lighting; install new exit and emergency lighting; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; and plumbing, electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
