Work to include: demolition work per plans; construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls and associated doors and hardware to create new offices; infill an existing 1/2 wall on the second floor; install new vertical grab bars in the existing restrooms; install new lighting; interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; and minor mechanical and electrical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted codes. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space.
