(World Finance Company of Idaho) - **10/6/14 PLAN MODIFICATION TO INCLUDE ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING MECHANICAL SYSTEM. SRZ** To remodel an existing 1,748 square foot tenant space in an existing 11,931 square foot building. The north wall is shared with O'reilly Auto parts. The south wall is shared with AT&T. Work to include: construct new interior walls to create a new accessible uni-sex restroom, breakroom, and sales floor; install a new dual height (hi-lo) accessible drinking fountain; install a wall mount hot water heater; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; install two new doors and associated hardware; install new emergency light fixture and illuminated exit sign over the front exit door and rear exit door; new grid ceiling with emergency lighting installed per CISCA guidelines; plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. A new Certificate of Occupancy with the new occupant load total is required to be obtained after all work has been inspected and approved and prior to tenant occupying this space. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. **SRZ**
