This building was constructed in Garden City prior to a code was adopted by the City. This permit will correct a non-compliant exterior wall and provide minimum fixtures required. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a new accessible restroom, new plumbing, construct new parapet on south exterior wall, reconstruct south exterior wall to comply with one-hour rating and opening requirements, and new interior finishes.
