Building 'A' is 975 square feet and Building 'B' is 1,038 square feet. Work to include: Enlarge the main exterior egress door opening with a new door and hardware; replace the existing door and add a new vertical grab bar in the existing public restroom; provide new accessible parking signage; replace the existing entrance door threshold with 1/2" high accessible threshold; provide an accessible point of service counter at the reception desk; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted codes. Northwest exit, building B on city approved drawing, needs to have exit sign/emergency lighting serviced, egress/exit did not stay illuminated when power was isolated. Thumburn deadbolt on same door will be changed to double key deadbolt and associated signage installed. Exit discharge landings for building A need to have emergency egress illumination installed. SIngle action door hardware needs to be installed on the west exit for building A as well as a double key deadbolt installed on east entrance with associated signage.
