(Pioneer Elementary) Permit to excavate, grade, and pave a parking lot per engineered plans on file as approved by Public Works Department. Work to include: demolition and reconstruction of existing landscape, asphalt and concrete. Also, pressurized irrigation will be installed during the road reconstruction and landscaping process. The lines will be trenched from the street and continue to the back of the commercial parcel lot. Upon completion of installation the trench will be backfilled and compacted.
