Install 2 bicycle parking stalls that are located near the buildings main entrance, convenient and visible to individuals utilizing alternative transportation.
Install 18 Class II or Class III trees along Interstate I-84.
Install two new planter islands that are a minimum of 8-feet in width (measured inside of curb to inside of curb) and install the required Class II or Class III tree with low shrubs or other vegetative groundcover that will flank the storm basin on the west side of the site.
Install Class II or Class III tree with low shrubs or other vegetative groundcover within each of the planter islands throughout the site.
Design the storm basin to not exceed 18 inches in storage depth, the gravel, rock, or cobble surface of swales shall not exceed 20 percent of the surface area of the bottom of the swale and all swales shall be vegetated with appropriate plant materials.
All light poles and fixtures shall be located outside of landscape planters which contain trees as required by the landscape ordinance.
