Site Plan and Landscape Plan should match and include:
Provide a 7-foot setback from the east and west property

Provide a minimum of 2 bicycle parking stalls on the site that are located in a visible location to individuals utilizing modes of alternative transportation.

Install nine Class II or Class III trees along Fairview Avenue. If any utility easement precludes trees required by this section, the width of the required buffer shall be increased to accommodate the required trees.

Install planter islands that are a minimum of 8-feet in width (measured inside of curb to inside of curb) and install the required Class II or Class III tree with low shrubs or other vegetative groundcover within the two planter islands that flank the trash enclosure.

Provide an easement for the shared access drive aisle located approximately 280-feet from the front property line. It will be required to remain open from the east property line to the west property line when the parcels to the east and/or west develop.
