Vacate the drainage easement located on the site from the subdivision plat prior to issuance of building permits.
Install one Class II tree with low growing shrubs or groundcover within each of the required interior/terminal planters. This will require the relocation of one tree and the addition of four new trees.
Prior to submitting for a building permit, the applicant will be required to clearly identify the location of all mechanical units and how they will be screened from public view. All mechanical units shall provide full height screening.
