We had to revise the layout of the string lights because there were too many utilities extending off the back of the Telephone building that conflicted with the tensioned support cable that ran the length of the north building façade and the existing fire escape access/ladders at that building. With the new approach, there is a minimal increase in the amount of string lights being installed in the alley. This required modifications to the site, layout and electrical plans for the alley
