called and spoke with Cheryl. Told her created two more mech permits for conversion of duplex into 2 townhouse units and chgd base fee for each. Need to schedule final inspections on mec07-01618 & mec07-01619 for townhouses to get certificate of occupancy.

called and spoke with Cheryl again. Told her to hold off on scheduling any inspections until I speak with Lee or Bill to see if old mech permit will suffice for both new bld's and not need to create 2 new permits. told her I'd call her back when I speak with them because they are both out of the office today.

called and spoke to Cheryl again. Told her I spoke with Lee Rice and we are going to charge base fee for permit on each address of duplex and will send inspector out there to verify everything still ok.
