- there was no gas pressure test set up
- inter mountain gas required piping at meter to be changed from what the homeowner and installer said. Gas piping that was changed was just a few fittings at the meter.
- need to add duct work to permit for the change out in the crawl
- need to pull a plumbing permit for the water heater
