- line set penetrations need sealed and line set insulation needs UV protections
- all fire damper access doors need installed and all dampers need labeled
- commerical dryers need 2" min clearances to combustibles and insulation sheild installed in wall
- dryers vent length is too long on both dryers
- damper interlock with dryers needs adjusted

2- 8" F/S damper clearances ok
all bathroom hard lids ok for cover other than two guest bathrooms in the corridor next to gym.
- talked with HVAC contractor and general about fire dampers in ceiling/floor assembly per approved drawnings. Contractor says they will not be able to fit a fire damper in ceiling space. Explained that they will need to have this issue looked at by design professional and then reviewed by city before moving foward.
