- need to seal line set penetration
- electrical wiring to furnace is touching b vent and needs terminated properly at furnace
-secondary drain needs a wet switch installed
- vent piping from furnace needs slope with out dips and sags
- natural draft needs to connect at highest point in common vent above fan assist appliance
