Note: This permit does not authorize any type of work. Space previously used as part of Downtown Printers which occupied 224 & 222 N. 10th. Tenant separation wall between spaces was filled in creating two spaces. New tenant use will provide professional service as a Fitness Studio, providing one on one type training with special equipment. Occupancy approval requires site inspection by Electrical, Fire and Structural Inspectors and sign off of "Occupancy Request Form" by these inspectors signifying minimum code compliance with Fire & Life Safety issues. When card is signed, present to PDS Dept. for final signatures and issuance of the certificate of occupancy. Called Carrie Shanafelt to tell her we would do the MISCELLANEOUS PERMIT to have inspectors review the site to determine what if anything was required to bring into code compliance to allow occupancy. She needs to complete an application and see if she can obtain a floor plan from the owner.

WITH PERRY PAINE, VISITED THE TENANT SITE. SPACE WAS LOCKED. LOOKING THROUGH WINDOW REVEALED THE NEW WALLS AROUND FURNACE ROOM WERE CONSTRUCTED & TAPED; NEW CARPET IN PLACE; VISIT WITH DOWNTOWN PRINTERS TENANT REVEALED CONNECTION TO OUTLET ON THIER SIDE AND EXTENDING INTO PROPOSED NEW TENANT SITE; WALL BETWEEN SPACE WAS INFILLED SOME TIME AGO - 'MAY' THEY THINK.
