Received copies of floor plan layout from Doug Wolf, The Sundance Co. leasing agent. Copies revealed the building & tenant spaces have been modified without permits since 1992 to change exit system, area separation fire walls and added restrooms. Will issue MIS permit for new tenant but will send letter to property manager / owner of violation for work without permits, tenants without certificates of occupancy and failure to maintain approved exit systems and fire separation walls.

When MLS called Shawn to tell her her permit was ready, MLS was informed that the tenant suite for this permit was changed from "G" to "E", a two room suite. I called Sawn to verify this change and picked up all previous copies of the permit to correct the details to reflect the proper suite. I also informed Sahwan and Doug Wolf of The Sundance Co. that the West wall of Suite "E" is a part of a 2-hour Area Separation wall and the wall and protection of openings will need to be in compliance with current code. Plans submitted indicate that a new door has been installed in the 2-hour wall to serve Suite"E" which was also created from part of the original 1992 permit for the remodel of this area. Mr. Wolf stated he would have Ryan Anderson contact me to review plans of this facility to determine what types of permits are required. An architect is needed to perform an evaluation of the existing facility and to note changes / as-builts and provide plans for corrections and details to bring building into code compliance.

Call Doug Wolf, Sundance Properties to inquire about the tenant space location and a site plan. He is the realty agent. Doug said he would FAX me a copy of both and said this was one of the spaces finished under a building permit for remodel issued in Feb. 1992. I obtained a copy of the overall project from the micro fiche #962695.

Obtained copy of previously permited project from Fiche at Records Div. #962695, Shows the entire remodel area without reference to individual space numbers. Using this plan I had the proposed tenant, Shawn Jozwiak, indicate the tenant space and to complete and occupancy request application form for this miscellaneous permit.
